The Certificate Programme in Hospitality Management is a dynamic and immersive course designed to prepare students for careers in the hotel and broader hospitality industry. This 3-month classroom-based programme offers a solid foundation in hotel operations, guest experience, and departmental coordination across front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and customer service. The course will develop professional skills, operational knowledge, and a service mindset that aligns with industry standards, ensuring participants are job-ready for frontline and supervisory roles in hotels. A mandatory 3-month internship follows the training, offering real-world experience in live hospitality environments.

The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with partner hotels where learners rotate through various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) and engage in daily hotel operations. Learners will:
Apply SOPs and service procedures in live settings
Develop a logbook of daily responsibilities
Receive mentorship and supervisor evaluations
Submit a final internship presentation/report
