The Certificate Programme in Travel Management is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive introduction to the fast-evolving world of travel, tourism, and customer engagement. This 3-month classroom programme combines core concepts of tourism operations, geography, customer service excellence, and travel technology with hands-on learning, real-world scenarios, and insights from industry experts. A mandatory 3-month paid internship follows the classroom training to help learners gain industry exposure and become job-ready.

The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with partner hotels where learners rotate through various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) and engage in daily hotel operations. Learners will:
Apply classroom concepts to live booking, itinerary planning, and destination coordination processes
Interact with clients, suppliers, and reservation systems under supervision
Support documentation, travel coordination, and customer service activities
Complete an internship logbook and presentation
Receive mentorship and supervisor evaluations
Submit a final internship presentation/report
