The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with travel agencies, tour operators, OTA companies, or destination management firms, where learners gain hands-on exposure to real-time travel and tourism operations. Learners will:
Apply classroom concepts to live booking, itinerary planning, and destination coordination processes
Interact with clients, suppliers, and reservation systems under supervision
Support documentation, travel coordination, and customer service activities
Develop a logbook of daily responsibilities
Receive mentorship and supervisor evaluations
Submit a final internship presentation/report
