This certificate programme equips participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to manage front office operations in hotels and other hospitality establishments. It blends technical front office training with modules on customer service, communication, business etiquette, hospitality technology, and sustainable tourism. Through interactive theory sessions and hands-on simulations, participants will develop expertise in reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, guest relations, billing, and the use of Property Management Systems (PMS), preparing them for both frontline and supervisory roles in hospitality.

The programme includes a 3-month structured paid internship with partner hotels where learners rotate through various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) and engage in daily hotel operations. Learners will:

Develop a logbook of daily responsibilities
Receive mentorship and supervisor evaluations
Submit a final internship presentation/report
